CL4K is proud to announce that Mr. Ruchit Garg has joined CL4K to lead  CL4K's work in India. Ruchit is presently working with Microsoft as Program Manager and previously worked with Mascon Global Limited & Prologix Software Solutions. He holds as Masters in Computer Application.

His dedication to community service is long established. He was actively involved with the World Scout Movement for about eight years and was conferred the "President Award" by Late Shri S.D.Sharma (President Republic of India) for his  services towards society. He is also the author of the blog Silicon Verse.

Ruchit shared his thoughts on joining CL4K:

"I find an urge within myself to give back to society since childhood. I have been part of Scout Movement for around eight years during my school days working with nearby villages on various programs like Adult Literacy, Health & Sanity etc. Sometime back, I got to know about CL4K which has been doing good job raising computer literacy by providing appropriate resources to the sections in need. I found this a good way to give back to society. In today's world one has to be computer literate to be called as true literate. Our lives are so dependent on computers.

I am very much excited to be part of CL4K org as it will provide me not only a platform channelising my efforts towards society, but also opportunity for me to setup its Indian Chapter. I hope our effort will be able to raise quality of life."

We are excited to have Ruchit on board and look forward to his great work in India. Please email us for further questions, and please help CL4K's students by contacting us to help our with your time and/or donations in India.
